At Ainode, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return a Product

2. Wait for AuthorizationWe will respond within 2 hours (business days) with:

Return authorization number (RMA)

Shipping instructions

Return address
3. Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in original packaging (if possible)

Include all accessories and documentation

Send to the indicated address
Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in resalable condition (no damage, scratches, or signs of excessive use)

Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Be returned within 30 days of receipt

Have RMA authorization number

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

Return the original product for refund

Exceptions
We do not accept returns of:

Customized or made-to-order products

Products with opened packaging for hygiene reasons (earbuds, devices with direct skin contact)

Products damaged by misuse or negligence
