  • We reserve the right to limit quantities

3. Orders

3.1 Order Process

  4. Review and confirm order

  5. You will receive confirmation email

3.2 Confirmation

  • Order is only confirmed after payment validation

  • Confirmation is sent by email

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders in exceptional cases

3.3 Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel at no cost if order has not been shipped

  • After shipping, return policy applies

3.4 Cancellation by Ainode

We may cancel orders in case of:

  • Invalid payment information

  • Suspected fraud

  • Product unavailability

  • Obvious pricing error

4. Payment

  • MB WAY

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

4.2 Security

  • All payments are processed securely

  • We use SSL/TLS encryption

  • We do not store complete credit card data

4.3 Invoicing

  • Invoice is sent by email after payment confirmation

  • For invoice with tax ID, indicate the number before completing purchase

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 24-48 hours after processing

  • Islands: 3-5 business days

  • Spain: 2-4 business days

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Portugal: Free for orders > €50

  • Spain: Free for orders > €75

5.3 Liability

  • We are responsible until delivery to carrier

  • After delivery, responsibility is customer's

  • In case of transport damage, contact us within 48 hours

6. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

6.1 Period

You have 30 days after receipt to return products without justification.

6.2 Conditions

  • Product in resalable condition

  • Original packaging and accessories

  • No signs of excessive use

6.3 Process

  2. Wait for RMA authorization

  3. Ship the product

  4. Refund within 5-10 business days after receipt

6.4 Exceptions

Does not apply to:

  • Customized products

  • Hygiene products with opened packaging

  • Products damaged by misuse

7. Warranties

7.1 Legal Warranty

  • 2 years for conformity defects (Consumer Law)

  • First 6 months: presumption of defect at delivery date

7.2 Manufacturer Warranty

  • Varies by product (12-24 months)

  • Consult product manual

7.3 Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Liquid damage (except water-resistant products)

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices
